Our fun vacation

We went to Iowa for a vacation. We went to a water park. It had a little playground for the littler kids and it had a pool and these little pieces of (wood) that you walked across. There also was a best part. It was the big huge water slides there were 59 stairs to get to the top. They went outside.The red slide was always dark but sience the slides went out side When it was dark outside the slide was dark too. We went with our friends,Cailin and Rachel. We swam till 9:00 last night and swam till 11:00 today. We had a lot of fun.I like Cailin because she is funny.

we went to Iowa with are freads and there names are cailin and racel. My favorite part was the big red slide . It went outside so when it got dark outside the slide got dark. We went don it we stayd intil 9:00 and went at 8:00 in the morning.

I got all of my bonues words right today on my spelling test. And on my dictation I got 30 out of 30. And I got to have a snack and a treat. We met ms battel and she is asome. I cant wait to find out what culether we have.

We went trik or treating. kit kat are popelr this year. I was a chef my aprin said cooikie taster and every boady liked it.

We had a fun Halloween. We went trick-or-treating at our dad's office. We also went trick-or-treating in St.Charels. We also went to get candy at AWANA. Then we went trick-or-treating at our mall. Than we came home to trick-or -treating in our nighborhood. After that we went to Avondale to trick-or-treat. Than we came home. My favorite candy's are Yorks. The most popular candy this year are Kit-kats and Snickers.

Bubble Gum day !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was Bubble Gum day !!!! We tried different flavors of gum and timed how long there flavor lasted. Also we interviewed some people and made a chart on who chewed it and why. Our friends, Zoë and Aiden came over to do it with us. I learned gum is mostly made out of rubber. Flavors and powdered sugur are than added. We made our own gum. I made citrus flavored gum. When we added the powderd sugur it mad the gum less stickey. Another fact is that humans are the only animal that chews gum. If you give a monkey a piece of gum he will chew it a little than take it out and stick it to his hair. We had a lot of fun.

My grades

At my confrence I got all A's. I have a 90% in spanish so far. My grade in Algebra 1 on movip is a 92%. Also in my Algebra 2 class, my teacher grades on a curve so I got a 110%. I worked hard and am proud of myself.

Cahokia Mounds

We went to cahokia Mounds for a feild trip . And we climed the hieset Mound and there were 161 stairs and it was 100 feet tal .I had a god time there . And there was a museum we went there to it was fun to.And we wath a movie at the museum and it was caled city of sun .

Today we went to the Cahokia mounds. We went up the stairs on the biggest mound. It had 161 stairs. It was 100 feet tall. There used to be 20000 people living there. It was started 950 years after christ. The biggest temples always belonged to the kings or rulers. There language is unknown. They traded a lot. People know that because they had seashells and we don't have them around here. They had extra food so they traded extra corn for cloths and meat. Later they had to trade with other familys to survive. Nobody knows why they dissipeared. we had a fun time. But now we can't wait for bubble gum day tommorow.

Bubblegum Day

We are having a bubblegum day on Friday. We had to come up with a list of ideas for each subject. Here it is:

Math: write equations with the number of bubble gum pieces in the different packages. Write different problems about bubble gum.
Spelling: learn to spell the different flavors of gum (ie: grape, peppermint). See how many words you can come up with from the letters of "bubblegum" (and spell correctly)
History: learn about famous people who liked gum.
Geography: Find out where bubblegum is made. Find out when people discovered gum.
Science: see if gum sinks or floats. See if gum is attracted to a magnet (I said that I knew the answer already, but that we could test to make sure :)

I can't wait untill Friday. It will be an awesome day.

The surprise!!

We just found out that we are going to a hayride and a bonfire tonight. We are going with our friends,Ella and Zeke. We are very exited. There will be smores to eat.
